I first tried this product as part of the free sample kit I ordered from the Brickell website. This was the first time I tried to follow a skincare routine and was not sure if I would keep it up. But I was surprised by the results day after day, and how easily it was to follow a simple two or three step process each morning and night. I bought nearly a dozen of their products and use them regularly as each product has it's purpose and work well together. I also want to mention that the products are of high quality and strength...made for a man's skin, where just a small bit is needed of each product.

I bought the Resurfacing Cream 3 months ago and still have more than half left with daily use. I use the Resurfacing Cream each morning after the Scrub, Shaving Cream, Face Wash and Balancing Toner. Initially I tried using the moisturizer instead of the resurfacing cream, but my oily skin just became too oily. Chatting with Brickell customer service, they offered to exchange the moisturizer and I bought the Resurfacing Cream. Benefits I see are my large pores are much smaller now, skin that looked like I was retaining water is not much tighter. Lines on my forehead, below eyes and around mouth and eyes are much improved and continue to diminish. I use just a tiny amount and lightly rub it in all over my face and this product helps balance the facial oil throughout the day, which is a big deal.

Last year I was finally able to throw out all the cheap, ineffective 'generic' products now that I have products and a system that works for me. I would say anyone who is using the Brickell products already should add the Resurfacing Cream. But if first time user, please get the Free Sample Kit from the Brickell website and try the complete am and pm routine and notice how quickly you see results. Then buy the full size products. I keep the remainder of the Free Sample Kit in the travel bag which I have used several times so far.

The Pro's:
*No scent.
*It is super light and goes right into the skin.
*A little goes a long way...it applies smoothly. The container is small but I think I should get a couple Months out of it. You can feel it going on and your skin drinking it in so you don't end up feeling like you have to add more ( like many other products ) because you are not sure you have enough on.
*Your skin will still feel / and be moisturized literally hours later.... IT IS AMAZING! I have never used anything like it. I put it on around 9:00am before going to work and I can still feel that it there in my skin when I take a shower when I get home 10 hours later. When I say you can still feel it I mean that in a good way. It is not oily and you don't notice it throughout your day but when you rub and wash your face at the end of the day you can feel that your skin is hydrated and smooth. Again .... TRULY AN AMAZING !
* I don't usually do this with skin care products but because I bought a three part package ( two other eye care products ) I decided take a close up picture just to see if they products were worth the money - I usually buy the cheaper store brand face and eye care products. I can honestly say I see and feel a difference after using all three products for just the last two weeks. I have not felt a true difference when using other products. I use it night and day according to the directions.
CON: ... Just one
Price...it is pricy and it can be hard for a guy to spend heavy on a little container of skin care product.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
It is worth the price .. just start out using a very- very thin layer on your finger tip to apply it the first couple times using it. Just dot it around your face and then smooth it in. You will find that at the end of the day your face feels smooth and refreshed...and you will realize that you don't need to use much, which will make the small container last -actually making it a good bargain for the price.

Great Moisturizer!

I previously used Brickell's anti-aging cream at night and the daily defense moisturizer during the day (I love and recommend them both) so I was pleasantly surprised to see this new cream! I use this in the morning after using Brickell's face wash, toner, and day serum. The resurfacing cream locks everything in!

My face feels fresh and hydrated after applying this product. I like the addition of vitamin C and I like the smooth creamy texture of the moisturizer. The smell of the product was off-putting at first, but it has grown on me. Because I use a combination of products and I am relatively young I can't say that the resurfacing cream alone is delivering the results, but I did notice my skin tone(African American) is more even and my acne spots are starting to fade. I would recommend this product as part of your skincare routine!

As a guy, I had always done stupid things when grooming daily. Shower, shave, splash my face with isopropyl alcohol to get a nice burn, and then head out the door. Then suddenly I noticed some big changes as I looked in the mirror. Skin seemed like it was not as firm, eyes looked a little tired, and very dull skin all around. Well, as a guy who was always thought of as having a “boyish” appearance, my self esteem was getting lower. Felt like my confidence was just draining away.

I decided to ignore things and maybe “tomorrow it’ll get better” - that it was all in my mind. That only deluded myself for so long. In a sort of desperate idea, I decided to see what was out there to help, since I saw so many commercials on TV. Problem was, they were all for women. Well, now what? Somehow, and I don’t remember how, I found a site that seemed to stress that they had good products and help available in a section for guys too. I cynically decided to browse the site when I saw they offered a free sample package with no charge except for a small shipping cost. No signing up for any recurring charges, or red tape, or fine print. That seemed like an honest offer by a company who was confident in their products, and I decided to order the kit and give it a try. I had little to lose. That was the Brickell website.

After getting the sample kit, I was really surprised at how good the products were. I subsequently ordered the “anti aging” nite cream. That followed with ordering the facial scrub, daily face moisturizer, and eye restoring eye cream. I was really impressed with how light everything is and how well they are absorbed so completely. That was the game-breaker for me. I hate feeling sticky or oily.

The bottom line is I’m very thankful help is available for guys like me trying to look their best. I am a satisfied repeat Brickell customer. They are not the cheapest, but a little goes a very long way, and definitely worth the money!

Best Skin Care Product Ever Used

I bought this product, read the label, and noticed that it said I should notice initial results in about two weeks. My skins was horribly dry, discolored with dark spots on my cheeks and around my eyes from an eye fungus experienced 4.5 years ago that robbed lots of my interest to take photos, and in ONE SINGLE TREATMENT using the product generously, I woke with tighter, lighter, smoother, and healthier looking skin. After about 4 weeks, my skin looks similar to how it looked about 8 years ago and before the horrific skin fungus caused by excess humidity. I recommend everyone facing similar skin problems to BUY THIS ASAP. I ordered another when the first was about 2/3rds empty as I absolutely did not want to run out. Absolutely love it!

Great for moisturizing and overall skin health

Bought this to try to reduce some light lines I was noticing on my forehead. I was a little worried about the size of the jar when it came in but quickly found out that a little goes a long way. Scent is fine, don’t really notice it once it’s on, which I like. The package says to apply it for at least two weeks before you begin seeing results. I found this to be the case as well. After about two weeks my skin looked healthier and I began to see the lines reduce. I applied this to my forehead, and around and under my eyes. I could really tell it was working when I didn’t sleep well and woke up not looking like a total zombie. My skin stayed firm and under eye circles were significantly less noticeable than they would have been a month prior. I’d recommend this for anyone who’s starting to see their skin age. This seems to keep that at bay, and you get a lot of product for the price.

I started using the Brickell products a short time ago. I started with the free sample pack and now my dresser top is full of their products! I love them all!
This product is light and goes on smooth. It is unscented. I put the product on every night before bed. (After I wash with Purifying Charcoal Face wash, of course.)
I've used it for a few weeks now and I have noticed a definite improvement. My face is softer and more smooth. My skin gets very dry during the winter months but this product keeps that in check. I've noticed less wrinkles and other people have noticed a "glow" about my face.
I highly recommend this product for any guy looking to improve the overall feel and appearance of their face.

This really works well for me! I have dry skin (especially in the winter) and this is extremely moisturizing. I get the unscented version which has a nice natural, slight earthy/chocolaty scent. I've been using this (along with the Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream at night) for about 2 weeks, and I kid you not, I can see a difference. My forehead lines and my "11s" (lol) are lessened--meaning I can see that they're not as deep, and are less noticeable. They're still there (for now!) but definitely less obvious. Also, my skin in general looks and feels healthier, hydrated and smoother. And it's funny--after I apply it, not only does it make my face feel great, it kind of gives me an energy boost and an overall feeling of well-being, which was unexpected and great! (Maybe due to the vitamin C? I'm curious to know if anyone else feels that...) So, yeah--it's a keeper! (The Eye Cream is also great!)

I have been a Brickell fan the past 2 years with great results! I picked up the Resurfacing Anti-Aging Cream about a week ago and have been using it once a day. Some creams can be thick and heavy but this one has a light and smooth texture and absorbs into the skin very easily. I feel like it works as a great moisturizer and it really seems to brighten my skin! I can see myself bringing only this on trips where I need to pack light. I purchased the unscented version which carries a slight, pleasant, cocoa scent by default.
This is definitely worth a try!
