Would be good if they worked but the Lifx software is plagued with bugs

Setting up bulbs was a pain, took two devices to set them up, then once set up one of the bulbs decided it wasn't online. So I reset it and then it decided to turn its hotspot on but non of the Lifx apps could detect it. Then upon trying to resolve the issue, another bulb did exactly the same thing. Each bulb had been updated to the latest firmware which you have to do as part of the setup. My previous Lifx bulbs worked fine until the firmware was updated too, but you have to update the firmware if you want the bulbs to run on a schedule without having to write your own software for them. As an application developer I'm appalled how Lifx think they can ship such buggy software. Despite the Phillips Hue bulbs not being as bright, I think I'm going to switch to them as I'm sick to death with how crap the Lifx bulbs can be.

Unreliable. I’ve use the predecessor to these bulbs and they were often less than perfectly reliable. Nevertheless, I decided I would take a risk again and upgrade so that I could integrate with my Apple HomeKit system. Unfortunately within a few hours one bulb went to completely dark and I can’t get it to work at all. A second bulb, of a set of four, will connect with the LIFX app but won’t integrate with my Apple HomeKit system. Very frustrating. So two out of four are working. Not good. Still no reply from the seller.

What’s not to like!!

After ordering my first set of these, which had to be returned as one bulb would not power down, and subsequently ordering a replacement set, I must say they are superb. To many people, having a ‘remotely’ operated multicoloured bulb would probably be a bit of a gimmick, however, I would most definitely disagree. The range of colours, hues and so forth offered by these little gems is truly outstanding, enabling you to set to some lovely ambient and relaxing tones. The option of being able to operate from your phone/tablet too is so easy. Nothing better than being able to dim the lights and settle down to watch a good film. Setting the bulbs to a lovely ‘warm glow’ with the candle flicker option is good too. Also, I regularly turn the bulbs on whilst I’m work late, away from home, a very good security feature.
The fact that the Lifx bulbs last so much longer than conventional bulbs and also consume far less power is a no brainier really, and justifies the initial cost of purchasing the bulbs. Trust me, gives these a go, they are absolutely superb.

I now own just under 30 LIFX Smart Bulbs, not including 2 x Beam Feature Lights

What can I say? They are absolutely amazing in every way!

They work flawlessly on IOS and Android through their own LIFX app and are easily voice-controlled through Siri, Alexa and Google

They have totally transformed my home

Light, Lighting and Colour are such an integral part of our lives and once you experience just one colour changing bulb in their series with the multitude of colours and effects along with the ease of controlling them through your voice assistants there will be no looking back

They have totally enhanced my living environment is such a positive way

These ones were purchased for 2 x bedside table lamps and 1 x large floor standing feature lamp. They all had the smaller e14 fittings and at the moment until LiFX release e14 bulbs I just used their e27 mini colour 1000 with DiCuno e14 to e27 adapters (from Amazon) and they all worked perfectly

And Amazons prices for the singular and the pack of 4 I purchased were by far the best price I could find

Once again another Amazon 5 Star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 product! Great Price, Great Quality and Supersonic Delivery Speed!! 🕺👍☺️

Queste lampadine sono indubbiamente le migliori lampadine smart attualmente disponibili. Hanno una forma elegante e la qualità della luce che offrono è 2 gradini sopra la concorrenza. Sia utilizzando la luce bianca fredda o calda sia utilizzando i colori queste lampadine offrono una luminosità assurda.
Costano tanto ma sono il top del settore

Sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto da queste luci molto più luminose di quanto mi aspettavo, compatibili con tutti gli assistenti home: Siri, Alexa, Google e anche Cortana, ricordatevi di disattivare la rete a 5ghz sul router quando fate l’accoppiamento perché vanno solo col 2,4. Una volta accoppiate ai vari dispositivi potete riattivare il 5ghz

The order was quick and easy, it arrived a couple days earlier than expected. They work exactly as stated seem to be very good quality. A little pricey but a fantastic light regardless.

Lumière dans toute la maison avec des appliques. J'avais déjà des modèles au dessus des 800 lumens. Pour des lumières secondaires / ambiances je conseille mais si c'est pour une lumière principale je conseille le modèle au dessus.
