For the price of this bar of soap compared to some other salicylic acid products on the market I honestly can’t recommend this enough.

ALTHOUGH I would not recommend for sensitive skin (I can’t remember anywhere whether it said it would be okay for sensitive skin or not I just thought it was best to include) I’m lucky enough to not have overly sensitive skin, and it can usually take a bit of a battering but the very first time I used this soap I did feel a notable increase in sensitivity for about an hour - although this has lessened each time I use the soap and is by no means unbearable for me (I’m wasn’t surprised by this - I would expect some sensation from an acid soap)

My photo shows my skin progress over the past 10 days and literally the only thing I have changed with my skincare routine in the time is introducing this soap. (NOTE: I actually have no pimples of any kind on my face at day 10 - that’s just acne scarring left behind, that salicylic acid alone won’t shift)

POSITIVES
• started working after the very first use
• easy/simple to use
• not perfumed (there is a slight scent there but it seems to just be the natural scent of the ingredients and isn’t an added perfume scent)

NEGATIVES
• I’m personally not a fan of the added “scrub” element, salicylic acid is a perfectly capable chemical exfoliant - I don’t see the sense or need to add an abrasive physical exfoliant as well. That being said in was pleasantly surprised that the scrub particles aren’t packed in there so it was easy enough to just pick off the few that come off each time

UPDATE: my previous comments about not recommending for sensitive skin should be taken with a pinch of salt and would be better to look at reviews from others with sensitive skin. I realised I had left it on for too long the first few times I used it, and also my skin was slightly sensitised at the time which I hadn’t realised either.

I have tried EVERYTHING for my skin, my break outs are mainly hormonal but I do have them pretty much all of the time.
I swear this soap is the only thing that has worked! I have waited 6 weeks to write this review (I never usually leave them) and I feel like it has changed my life. The difference in my skin is amazing, I finally have the confidence to go out and wear little to no makeup rather than full glam all of the time due to such low self esteem!
My skin is still not "perfect" but the difference in my opinion is ah-mazing!!
Initially I was using it every day, my skin is pretty sensitive, it didn't irritate it (ever) but I use it 2/3 times a week now and this works best for me. It also leaves your skin feeling amazing. The beads in the soap are quite abrasive so just be careful with those but I just rub the soap over my face lightly, work it into a lather and leave it while I brush my teeth.
If you're contemplating buying this, for the price especially I would say its worth a go! I will continue to recommend this to everyone

Bought this product for myself after reading reviews and after trying numerous products to help my skin. I suffer from hormonal ache which can be very upsetting at times. Since I have been using this my skin appears a lot smoother and softer and any spots that have begun to form haven’t fully developed and disappeared after a couple of days. Was worried that it would dry my skin out but as of yet it hasn’t. I use the soap in conjunction with a couple of other products which I apply after using the soap. I would highly recommend this product if you have hormonal cyst acne. I haven’t felt this good about my skin for a long time.

He estado con brote de acné mucho mucho tiempo. Habia probado incluso cremas antibioticas para la cara recetada por doctores y nada.. tenia la cara fatal con el acné y lo ÚNICO que ha hecho que se me vaya completamente el acné ha sido este jabón. Ha sido una pasada, vale mucho la pena y sobretodo por el precio que tiene!! Eso si, después de limpiar la cara con el jabón, hay que poner una crema hidratante (en mi caso he usado acniben de isdin y estoy encantada).

Very pleased. I don’t have bad spots but my face can get oily and then dry. I also have some spots on the back of my thighs. I love the exfoliating texture of this soap and it cleans make up off well (don’t get it in your eyes!) I do find I need a decent moisturiser afterwards but that’s fine.

The surprising thing I’ve noticed is that not only has it helped vanish the little spots on my thighs, but my cellulite seems to be vanishing too.... I can’t 100% say this is just the soap as I’ve lost a tiny bit of weight too (not even a stone) but my behind and thighs look WAY less orange peely and if it’s not the soap it’s a big coincidence!
