I had to buy this after watching 'Project Farm' test multiple products on YouTube. If you haven't seen it then I recommend you search it up (search Project Farm, Which Ceramic Spray Coating is Best?). After numerous tests this product leaves the water beading off time and time again.

Not only that it was so easy to apply... much easier than applying waxes like I used to! Just a couple of sprays per panel and wipe it in. I will never use anything else

My car was ceramic coated when I first bought it and I loved the fact that it was so easy to clean with my pressure washer. Unfortunately over the three years I've owned it lot's of the kids around here seem to use it as a target when playing games out in the road. It had developed quite a few deep scratches and dings just standing outside the house. so I decided to repair it. Even though the original ceramic coat was miraculously holding up I of course broke through it to do the repairs. The original coating cost a fortune and I was reluctant to pay out this sort of money again, so I was looking for alternatives. One big problem is that I don't have a garage or any type of shelter so doing a proper re-coating would be difficult as it needs to cure for twenty four hours out of the weather.
I had heard a lot of negative and positive reports on this type of quick drying short term ceramic impregnated polish but thought even though it is relatively expensive I would give it a try. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and spent a lot of time preparing the paintwork before as in the positive reviews. It was a lot easier to apply than the negative reviews suggested as long as you keep a damp micro fibre handy to deal with the streaks and the result is quite impressive. Now I don't expect it to last as long as the the original coating but it definitely has been a lot easier to clean as the dirt just washes off with a hose like the original coating. In fact when I got my new company van recently I immediately gave that a coating before the paintwork had a chance to get dirty. I expect I will have to do it again to both vehicles next year but it should get me through the winter and I have plenty left as you don't use a lot. So although it is relatively expensive in the first place it is a bargain in the long run and even though it takes a lot of preparation I would definitely recommend it.

It's well worth the price.

I'm usually quite sceptical about new improved, latest greatest, arms race products like this; the washing up powder and toothpaste industries being particularly prone to constant revisions, as I'm sure you have seen. But what they've achieved with the ceramic ingredients in the formulation of this synthetic spray wax is, honestly, amazing.

Very easy to apply. 2 sprays per panel on a clean dry car. A little goes a long way. Spread with microfibre right away. Then just a light buff off with a fresh bit of microfibre cloth, immediately after that. It's that easy and fast. The results are very impressive. I recommend investing in plush, heavy thread-count, 800 or 1200gsm microfibre cloths, too; they're just such a pleasure to use and work great.

The car stays shiny day in, day out. It's not a complete dirt repellent but road dirt and dust spots adhere far less, sometimes being completely removed by the next rain and wind, there'll probably be much longer gaps between maintenance washes, the washes will be much easier (sometimes a waterless wash from a bottle will do) and the car will be back to looking freshly waxed again. Like: for months!

People must think I spend a lot of time and effort keeping my car clean but I don't. I just have a secret weapon and get some guys to sponge wash it about once a fortnight for a fiver. After rinsing the water just beads and sheets off it really fast.

I recommend their detailer spray from the same range, for light maintenance washes and birdshit removal, as well.

This spray and buff off is good, but when you compare the result to same brand turtle ceramic wash and wax, the wash and wax gives almost the same result but all you need is wash your car, eventually it become less and less chance that I use this spray and buff product.

To be fair, this spray and buff is good, and it gives better result than the wash and wax, but you have to clean your car first, and then wait for it to dry, and then you spray and buff.

For the wash and wax, just get you dirty car ready, ready the wash and wax water bucket, wash it normally as you would with soap, and the rinse off. The only difference is that you need to wash and rinse panel by panel. 3 litre of water, which means just 3 cap of the solution, I mean, 3cap is only about 6ml of the solution, and thats all you need for a peugeot 208.

For your reference, I have a video for wash and wax. Remember, the spray and buff gives even better result.

FYI, I have Amazoned for other amazing ceramic products as well, the turtle brand is just got the best price to quality. Cheers 🥂

Previously my car had GTEC crystal coated 4 years ago now , never been car washed only Waterless waxed from a shopping channel, Williams. I followed instructions & cleaned my previous waxes , some parts with panel wipe. Applied hybrid , within seconds was streaking warm sunny weather. Hard to remove streaked, DONT use in sunny warm weather. Next patch test was on freshly waterless waxed panel. The reulsts were much better. Similar to Autoglyms best wax, which is easier to use. Hybrid was good on glass only before using Autoglyms window cleaner first ! Hard to use, only in 10 inch sqaures I would reccomend. Wax on wax off. Its not a Gtech coating sadly. Rained next day , plenty of marks from the storm & debris on car. My verdict is try Williams waterless wax with microfibre clothes far surpresses this , especially when the shopiing channel do offers. Other waterless waxes are available if Carbuna wax content is high. I would not buy Hybrid again, too much hard work out with below par results. Worth trying though...

I bought two bottles of this product to save a few pounds as having done my research via lots of YouTube videos I was confident I’d be using this for years to come. How wrong I was ! It claims that you can use it in direct sunlight.....WELL DON’T: After washing and drying my car I felt it and it wasn’t hot but a little warm and that seems to be enough. I applied with the two sprays per panel and it streaked terribly and even after buffing it’s still visible. I now realise that this happens with ‘cool’ paintwork and a damp microfibre cloth needs to always be to hand and that will even out the streaks before buffing. I’ll try again on cold paintwork but not impressed from Turtle Wax as I expected better.
