A dual-purpose tool that comprises a weeding fork with a small hoe attachment.
The tines on the fork are sharpened to a point and, as they are made from thick steel, they should cut into just about any soil no matter how hard and break up the clumps. The hoe attachment is not sharpened and does not have a cutting edge either on the leading or trailing edges but, if the soil is loose, it should be able to remove those weeds that defy the opposing prongs.
As with other Wolf-Garten attachments (although not all) this is suitable for use with any of its handles, a long one when standing or needing to remain at a distance, a short or intermediate one when you want or need to get closer to the action.
A good price for a useful addition to the range of items I currently own.
