The item arrived as was programmed but when trialling the first piece of equipment (Green Resistance band) it pulled out of the Handle, a section of it had torn (Could have been a damaged piece) but it cannot be put back so is now unusable.
The Bands are very light weight neoprene tubing which offer some resistance but I found have been manufactured too long (I am 6' 1") so people of smaller stature would definitely find these unusable when following the exercises on the enclosed chart. Am I disappointed Yes as they are completely unsuitable for me and were back in their bag in 10 minuets of opening. I will await a response from the company following this feedback to see what they are willing to do before I rate their Customer Service Levels, thank you.

Terrible quality, avoid. As can be seen in my photo, a plastic bit of the handle snapped off after the first use. No idea why this should be labelled "Amazon Choice"

Like others have said, the band itself is also flimsy. Feels like it will snap off anytime.

Finally, there are several bands of differing resistance. But they all feel the same to me. And the highest resistance one (black) has very low resistance.

Product is of very poor quality.

Using the listed exercises and the band snapped after 2 uses, narrowly missing my eye and causing a huge whip / welt to my foot.

I’ve noticed other people have sustained similar injuries - this product should be recalled!

The black band broke during my very first use. The way the clips are attached to the end of the bands caused the little ball like rubber attachment that holds the clip in place to come out suddenly. This is extremely dangerous and I was very lucky to avoid being injured.

It’s such a shame because these babes look and feel great but they are sadly not durable. There are one or two other reviews where people have experienced a similar fault one guy seems to have injured himself.

The construction and assembly of these bands needs to improved otherwise I believe someone will get injured using them and will make a sizeable claim for damages, negligence.

I bought the restriction bands in May 2020 due to not being able to use the gyms (COVID-19). When I first got the bands they were really effective! Easy to use and handle, throughout the first 2 weeks I were using each of the bands, and noticed that the red band started to stretch more than the others. But when I looked closer, the band was tearing. The other bands in the set haven’t torn. One other downside is that in the same week, one of the handles had broken (the plastic had split straight through). So it is irritating and hard to do certain exercises because it gets caught in the handle.

I would have expected them to last much longer, the upsetting part is that I’m not able to use parts of the equipment as they have broken too easily.

These bands have been brilliant, exceptionally well organised and easy to get out, set up and put away. There is a handy little leaflet about some simple starter exercises already included in the pack. The bands are durable and with a bit of playing you can double them up, choose different combos for increased resistance and basically take them anyway in the house easily to have a work out. It comes with a really useful strap for ankles, but be warned about the strap which connects to the back fo the door. This is brilliant for upper body and chest work outs but if make sure you secure your self and your bands the right way round...WITH THE STRAP LOCKED SO THE DOOR CAN'T OPEN...failiure to do these results in the door flying open and smacking you in the arse whilst the bands ping down and shoot you square between the back of your shoulder blades at about 1000 MP!! I can assure you it hurts..you have been warned!!! Overall a brilliant product, which can be simply used by everyone.

No resistance

I'll start by saying, I'm not huge and muscular, just workout 4 times a week for 45mins to keep in shape. I bought these to replace a single resistance band I've been using that's rated at 65lbs. but these bands offer what feels like no resistance at all, I can't feel the difference between the yellow and black bands at all and putting them all on at the same time offers much much less resistance than the single band rated at 65lbs I was using previously. It says all bands at the same time should be equal to at least 100lbs, they definitely aren't, unless you perhaps stretched them to breaking point.

Which is a shame, because the other parts of the kit seem sturdy enough and overall is very affordable. But they are pretty much useless if they offer next to no resistance. Because of this I can't recommend them.

I’m a completely newbie to resistance bands but I’m now converted..the range of exercises you can do with these is incredible! I usually just use weights, and that can be limiting as you can’t just throw them in your bag

+ Full set of different resistances - beginners and advanced can use these

+ They seem strong and durable! So lightweight but they really work!

+ Extras like bag, ankle straps, door straps and exercise sheet

There’s a lot of different sellers for these resistance bands, but these are great value for money!
