Vor ein paar Jahren habe ich Osram Lampen gekauft und mich gewundert das als Hersteller Ledvance drauf stand.

Es ist der selbe Hersteller.
Leider hat diese Lampe keine HomeKit Unterstützung , aber dennoch ist die Lampe perfekt.

Die App für iOS ist von der Bluetooth Lampe besser, als für die Wifi Lampe.

Die Wifi App hat keine IPad Anpassung und wird dort kleiner angezeigt.

Aufgrund der besseren App nehme ich lieber die Bluetooth Lampe.
Die sind genauso gut wie die osram aber nur halb so teuer.

Dafür leider keine HomeKit Unterstützung . Mich stört es aber nicht

Da ich die Lampen zu einem guten Preis kaufen konnte, habe ich mich entschlossen zwei für mein Smarthome zu nutzen. Leider konnte ich anfangs die Lampen nicht mit der App verbinden, trotz zig Versuche klappt ein Einfügen nicht. Erst als ich alles noch einmal zurücksetzte und die Lampen direkt in die Alexa-App mit dem Skill einband klappte es. Und dies sofort. Zuvor hatte ich fast eine Stunde versucht die Lampe in Betrieb zu nehmen. Nachdem ich es heraus hatte klappte es in Minuten.
Die Helligkeit der Lampe ist völlig ok, reicht für eine normale Beluchtung des Zimmers aus.
Insgesamt bin ich mit den Lampen zufrieden aber die Installation ist schon eine kleine Hürde.

Gute Preis-Leistung mit kleinen Schwächen

Habe heute erstmals ein Leuchtmittel von Ledvance ausprobiert. Leuchtmittel sieht hochwertig aus. Einbau und erstinstallation mit der Ledvance Bluetooth App funktioniert problemlos.
Dann erstes Ärgernis: der Versuch, die Lampe in HomeKit einzufügen (war der Kaufgrund). Der beigelegte Code ist falsch! Es dauert allerdings eine Weile, bis ich das rausfinde. Funktioniert hat die Nummer auf dem Leuchtmittel selbst.
Nach dieser Hürde funktioniert die Einbindung schnell und reibungslos. Allerdings erzeugt die Leuchte im gedimmten Zustand hochfrequente Piepgeräusche, die mich persönlich wahnsinnig machen. Daher muss ich die Leuchte leider zurück schicken. Schade, wen das nicht stört der findet hier wirklich ein preisgünstiges Smarthome Leuchtmittel

Update: das piepen scheint ein temporäres Problem zu sein, wenn die Lampe über längere Zeit bei 100% geleuchtet hat (evtl. weil sie dabei extrem heiß geworden ist?). Der Piepton verschwindet nach einiger Zeit

Die LED würde ich als gut, jedoch nicht als TOP bezeichnen. Die Verbindung über Apple HomeKit war auf Grund des fehlenden Codes nicht möglich. Mit der App der Firma funktionierts aber die Farbeinstellung stimmt nicht mit dem ausgestrahlten Licht überein. Stelle ich die App zB auf dunkelblau leuchtet die Lampe lila. Ich habe den Eindruck die Steuerung ist um 90 Grad verdreht. Wenn man es weiß kann man sich darauf einstellen aber perfekt isses nicht.

Very Simple To Set Up... But Included Instructions Could Be A Bit Better

What I liked about this lightbulb from LEDVANCE is that it was so easy to set up and I didn't need to download any additional app to get it connected to my WiFi.

The included pictorial instructions are relatively clear if you've set up things like this before but if you are a novice then I'd say they could have done with some text - especially when it comes to resetting (more on that later).

I simply screwed in the bulb to the socket, switched on the light switch and then went to my Google Home app and added a new device. The bulb was found and connected first time. You then have a choice in what you would like to call it and then that is it. You are up and running and can control the light from either the Google Home app or your voice.

The bulb itself is well made with a standard screw end and I had no issue screwing it into the light fitting. I also did not experience any flickering from the bulb at all which produces a warm white light.

Where I did experience some slight frustration was when I wanted to move the bulb so I disconnected it (physically and from my phone) and then went to reinstate it. I just couldn't get it to reset initially. You do need to follow the instructions in the Amazon listing (the pictorial ones in the included instructions are not that clear).

Basically, switch it on and count to 3, switch it off and count to 3 and then repeat that process 5 times then you will see the bulb flash a few times and you are then good to re-set up. My problem was that I wasn't counting to 3 when the bulb was off!

Other than that, this has caused me no problems and is great to be able to control via my voice.

First of all, this is a LARGE bulb! That being said, it's really nice to look at and on the brightest setting I think that it would light up a room very well, however I'm using it in a desk lamp so I have it on quite a low setting. The light this bulb gives off is quite a warm white, which combined with the low setting I'm using it on lets you appreciate the beautiful filament design, and gives a really cosy feel as it bounces off of our stone walls.

The setup process in the LD SMART+ BT app felt a little clunky and slow - this is my first smart bulb so this could be normal, or it could be down to my phone, but the rest of the app feels the same. There's nothing wrong with it in particular, but it just doesn't feel like the app is that well polished. The app isn't a big concern for me though, as you can pretty much just set it and forget it. The bulb also supports Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomeKit, so it's not as though the LD SMART+ BT app is your only option.

Then, there's the price. At £26.99 this seems a little steep to me - this is certainly a very nice looking bulb, but it's worth mentioning that there are cheaper smart bulbs available. You'll have to decide for yourself if the beauty of this bulb is worth it to you.
